1. Order Processing Time
All orders are handmade and packed with care. Please allow:
- 3–5 business days for order processing before shipping.
During holidays or new collection launches, processing may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery
We offer standard and express shipping options. Shipping times vary based on your location:
- Domestic: 3–4 business days after dispatch
- Note: Any purchase orders from Alaska or Hawaii are not being catered at this time.
Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and package weight. Free shipping may be available on orders over a specified amount—please check our homepage or banner for any current offers.
4. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
5. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
